Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our Site. We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. You must provide a signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Identify the infringing material and provide enough information for us to locate it, including the URL of the page.
  4. Include your contact information such as name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
  5. State that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner.
  6. Confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

According to Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties will be imposed for misrepresentation in a notification of infringement. If you wish to submit a takedown notice, please do so through our Contact page via email.

We may disclose the identity of the copyright infringer to the complaining party. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include your signature, a description of the removed material, and a statement declaring your belief that it was mistakenly taken down.

  1. Provide your signature.
  2. Describe the material that was removed and its original location.
  3. State under penalty of perjury that the removal was an error.
  4. Include your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal procedures.

Send your counter notification through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update and modify our DMCA policy at any time. We recommend checking this page regularly for any changes.
